Manage the scope of services such as maintenance, security, cleaning and building improvements.
Advise the Board of Directors on improvement and
protection of the building envelope. Assist the Directors
with the application of the Declaration of Co-ownership and the By-laws.
Ensure a clear and efficient management of the working budget. Also maintain continuous communication and proximity between co-owners and the Board of Directors while managing and administering the building.
