Together with the Board of Directors, manage the scope of services including, but not limited to maintenance, security, cleaning and condominium improvements.

Financial Management
  • Bookkeeping, Accounting
  • Quarterly financial report
  • Annual statements
  • Collection and Deposit of Condominium fees
  • Account payable
  • Participation to budget forecast
  • Management of Cash-flow
Administrative Management
  • Applying decision making process
  • Ensuring clear and continuous communication with co-owners and/or residents
  • Manage Comments and Complaints
  • Prepare and chair the Annual and Special General Meetings
    (Administrator and General meetings)

Emergency Support & Availability

  • Accessible to all co-owners and/or residents
    (from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday to Friday)
  • Emergency services at all time outside of regular hours, 7 Days a Week

Management of services

  • Regular assessments and revisions in collaboration with Directors regarding
    1) Cleaning staff
    2) General maintenance
    3) Timely maintenance
    4) Preventative long-term maintenance
    5) Building improvement: Quality assurance
    6) Others: Insurrance certification, Inspections, etc
  • Supervise, Evaluate and Ensure respect of the supplier services

Special projects

  • Setting of standards of the building facilities
  • Updating the logbook of the building maintenance
  • Tender offers
  • Awarding of contracts and their subsequent execution
  • Supervising worksites
