Together with the Board of Directors, offer to co-owners an efficient solution for the management of their property, in order to preserve and maximize its value.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

Manage the scope of services such as maintenance, security, cleaning and building improvements.  Advise the Board of Directors on improvement and protection of the building envelope. Assist the Directors with the application of the Declaration of Co-ownership and the By-laws.   

GOALS

Ensure a clear and efficient management of the working budget. Also maintain continuous communication and proximity between co-owners and the Board of Directors while managing and administering the building.
