- Applying decision making process
- Ensuring clear and continuous communication with co-owners and/or residents

- Prepare and chair the Annual and Special General Meetings

Emergency Support & Availability
- Accessible to all co-owners and/or residents
(from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Monday to Friday)
- Emergency services at all time outside of regular hours, 7 Days a Week
Management of services
- Regular assessments and revisions in collaboration with Directors regarding
1) Cleaning staff
2) General maintenance
3) Timely maintenance
4) Preventative long-term maintenance
5) Building improvement: Quality assurance
6) Others: Insurrance certification, Inspections, etc
- Supervise, Evaluate and Ensure respect of the supplier services
Special projects
- Setting of standards of the building facilities
- Updating the logbook of the building maintenance
- Tender offers
- Awarding of contracts and their subsequent execution
- Supervising worksites
